Do I need to sign a contract to get a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, for a single cleaning service, there is no contract.  You may be interested in setting up a weekly or monthly service that may then be negotiated for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.

How can I cancel my service or reschedule if needed?

Accepted Answer

To cancel your service, you will need to contact us at our email or phone number within 24 business hours of the scheduled appointment time.  The appointment can be rescheduled or cancelled.  If you need to completely cancel within the 24 hour timeline, there will be a cancellation fee of $25.

Do I have to be home or at the commercial property while you are cleaning?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning service.  If there is a door that needs to be unlocked or key needed to open a door, arrangements can be made before hand.

Do you clean commercial buildings

Accepted Answer

Yes, we clean commercial properties and can give and estimate for your cleaning.  Click the Estimate link to get and estimate from us.

Question 5

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes,  we will bring everything needed to perform the cleaning services needed.  On occasion if specialty equipment is required for specialized cleaning, the customer may be asked to provide this equipment.

Do you do laundry or dishes?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not provide laundry or dish cleaning service other than dusting and cleaning display ceramic and pottery.
